# Cadbury product updates: July 2026

July's release made it easier to get help with the exact NetSuite screen in front of you.

## Attach screenshots to a question

You can now paste or upload a screenshot directly into a Cadbury question. That means less time describing a form, error message, or confusing field—and more context for a useful answer.

Free accounts can attach one image per message. Paid accounts can attach up to six.

## June by the numbers

The previous month's usage:

- 11,634 questions answered
- 1,612 active users
- 39% month-over-month retention

We also heard two recurring requests: tailor answers differently for consultants and NetSuite end users, and support adjacent products such as Bill.com and Avalara. Both are useful signals for where Cadbury can go next.
