NetSuite is a visual product. This month, Cadbury's answers became more visual—and the model behind paid accounts became more capable.
Visual walkthroughs in answers
We introduced Scenarios: video recordings of real tasks in NetSuite. When a relevant walkthrough is available, Cadbury includes it alongside the written answer so you can see the steps instead of translating text back into clicks.

For example, ask How do I issue a cash refund? and Cadbury pairs the written steps with a walkthrough of the task in NetSuite. We'll keep expanding the library based on the questions people ask.
GPT-5.6 for paid accounts
Paid accounts now use GPT-5.6, OpenAI's most accurate model. Cadbury can also turn on advanced reasoning automatically when a question benefits from deeper analysis.
The model is only one part of the answer: Cadbury still grounds it in NetSuite-specific source material and the same retrieval pipeline used throughout the product.
More coverage of core NetSuite flows
We added training data for several foundational processes:
- Order to cash (O2C)
- Procure to pay (P2P)
- Quote to cash (Q2C)
These additions improve answers that cross multiple records, roles, and steps instead of stopping at a single form or field.
July by the numbers
The previous month's usage:
- 9,193 questions answered
- 1,312 active users
- 42% month-over-month retention
This month we also brought Cadbury to Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and other MCP clients, so developers can get the same NetSuite answers without leaving their editor.
