Cadbury is a custom trained AI built to answer questions about NetSuite.

ChatGPT is trained on a public corpus of data. But most of the deep corners and crevices of NetSuite are not documented publicly, and sometimes not documented at all. We've done the hard work of sitting NetSuite experts down, and downloading their knowledge.

It's for consultants and end users alike. We see administrators / controllers / ops use it to solve their problems when they don't want to get a consultant involved. We see teams at leading consultancies use it to move faster. We even have Oracle staff who use Cadbury over SuiteAnswers.

It's answering over 5000 questions a week.

We've worked with many businesses on their NetSuite needs. It's inconceivable to us, that in 2026, one has to source + vet + sign an outside team to solve urgent business problems. And once you do sign that team, there's a bureaucratic mess of engagement managers, triage, and trackers before they get to your problem. And once they get to your problem, you're ping ponging messages with someone half way across the world to just communicate the problem, much less reach a resolution on it.

Businesses deserve to be spending their time growing, not managing another team of consultants.
