Cadbury is an AI assistant custom-trained on expert NetSuite knowledge.

ChatGPT is trained on a public corpus of data. But most of the deep corners and crevices of NetSuite are not documented at all. We've done the hard work of sitting NetSuite experts down, downloading their knowledge, and training our AI on it.

We go deep. For example, we've built a PDF template module. It understands NetSuite's custom markup language, and renders it on the spot.

It's for consultants and end users alike. We see administrators / controllers / ops use it to solve their problems when they don't want to get a consultant involved. We see teams at leading consultancies use it to move faster. We even have Oracle staff who use Cadbury over SuiteAnswers.

It's answering over 5000 questions a week.

It's inconceivable to us that in 2026, one has to source + vet + sign an outside team to solve urgent business problems. And once you do sign that team, there's a bureaucratic mess of engagement managers, triage, and trackers before they get to your problem. And once they get to your problem, you're ping ponging messages with someone half way across the world to just communicate the problem, much less reach a resolution on it.

Businesses should be spending their time growing, not managing another team of consultants.
