These terms are an agreement between you and Cadbury, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Cadbury", "we", "us"), covering your use of trycadbury.com and the Cadbury MCP server (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of an employer or client, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
What Cadbury does
Cadbury answers NetSuite questions using AI grounded in NetSuite documentation and expert-reviewed material. You can reach it through the website or by connecting an AI client to our MCP server. Cadbury is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Oracle Corporation or NetSuite Inc.
Answers are guidance, not professional advice
This is the most important term here, so it is not buried. Cadbury generates answers with AI. Answers can be incomplete, outdated, or simply wrong, and NetSuite behaviour varies by account, version, and configuration.
You are responsible for verifying anything Cadbury tells you before acting on it in a production NetSuite environment. Test in a sandbox first. Cadbury is not a substitute for a licensed accountant, auditor, attorney, or a NetSuite implementation partner, and nothing it produces is accounting, tax, or legal advice.
Your account
You sign in through Google or Microsoft. You are responsible for keeping access to that account secure and for everything done under it, including by any AI client you have connected. You must be at least 16 years old and must give accurate information when you register.
Plans, limits, and payment
Cadbury has a free tier with a monthly question allowance and paid plans with a higher one. After the monthly allowance is used, authenticated free users receive a limited daily allowance. Current limits and prices are on the pricing page. Questions asked through the MCP server count against the same monthly and daily allowances as questions asked on the website.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we decide otherwise at our discretion. We may change prices on notice to you, effective from your next billing period.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Cadbury's answers as a competing question-answering service.
- Use the Service to build or train a competing AI model, or to scrape it at scale.
- Work around question limits, whether by creating multiple accounts, sharing credentials, or otherwise.
- Submit content you do not have the right to submit, or that contains personal data you are not permitted to share.
- Attempt to breach, disrupt, or probe the Service or its infrastructure, or use it to break the law.
Your content and ours
You keep ownership of the questions and files you submit. You grant us the licence we need to run the Service: to process your content, to generate and store answers, and to review quality.
As between you and us, you may use the answers Cadbury generates for you freely, including in your own work for clients. Everything else — the Service, the software behind it, our source material, and our branding — remains ours.
Availability
We do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may take the Service down for maintenance. We will make a reasonable effort to warn paying customers before a change that materially reduces what they are paying for.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Cadbury and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that we reasonably believe is being used unlawfully, or where required by law. If we terminate your account without cause while you are on a paid plan, we will refund the unused portion of your current period.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of any answer.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cadbury will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred US dollars.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law allows.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Cadbury against claims, losses, and costs arising from your misuse of the Service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of anyone else's rights.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and we each consent to that jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page, and we will notify account holders by email of changes that materially affect their rights. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
