| Billing Process & Procedures NetSuite is priced primarily on the number of users your company needs. We distinguish between full-access Suite users (such as sales & service representatives, accounting clerks and executives) and limited-access employee users (such as employees who track time and expenses or track their schedules). The process of setting up a new user may incur additional charges. If you have not already purchased user access for the correct number of people, you will receive an invoice from billing@netsuite.com. The invoice charges you for each additional user through the end of your current term. If you have already purchased user access for the correct number of people, you will not be billed for the new user. The NetSuite Starting Package includes a set number of online bill pay transactions per month. The process of submitting a new online bill pay transaction may incur additional charges. When you submit an online bill pay transaction that exceeds the number included in NetSuite, you are billed for an additional block of transactions. If you do not use all of the transactions in this new block, they expire with your current NetSuite account term. If you have not already purchased additional online bill pay blocks, you will receive an invoice from billing@netsuite.com. The invoice includes charges for each block of additional transactions. If you have already purchased additional online bill pay blocks, you will not be billed for the new transaction. The NetSuite Starting Package includes a set number of items that you can make available on your Web site. The process of setting up a new Web site item may incur additional charges. When you set a number of items to display in your Web site that exceeds the number included in NetSuite, you are billed for an additional block of Web site items. Web site items include both catalog and information items. If you have not already purchased additional Web site items, you will receive an invoice from billing@netsuite.com. The invoice includes charges for each additional block of items through the end of your current term.
If you have already purchased extra items, you will not be billed for the new Web site item. The NetSuite Starting Package includes a set amount of space in your File Cabinet. The process of importing new files may incur additional charges. When you import a new file that exceeds the amount of space allowed in NetSuite, you are billed for an additional block of space. If you have not already purchased additional space in your File Cabinet, you will receive an invoice from billing@netsuite.com. The invoice includes charges for each additional block of space through the end of your current term. If you have already purchased extra space, you will not be billed for the new file. The NetSuite Starting Package includes a set amount of direct deposit checks.. The process of issuing direct deposit checks may incur additional charges. When you issue a direct deposit check that exceeds the amount of checks allowed in NetSuite, you are billed for an additional check. If you have not already purchased additional direct deposit checks, you will receive an invoice from billing@netsuite.com. The invoice includes charges for each additional direct deposit check. If you have already purchased extra direct deposit checks, you will not be billed for additional checks. The NetSuite Starting Package includes a set number of campaign e-mail messages per month. The process of sending campaign e-mail messages may incur additional charges. When you send campaign e-mail messages that exceed the number included in NetSuite, you are billed for an additional block of e-mail messages. If you do not send all the e-mail messages in this new block, they expire with your current NetSuite account term. If you have not already purchased additional campaign e-mail messages, you will receive an invoice from billing@netsuite.com. The invoice includes charges for each block of additional e-mail messages. If you have already purchased additional campaign e-mail messages, you will not be billed for additional e-mail messages.
