The quick answer
Open the customer record, select Customer360, then choose Customer Scorecard for the period summary or Top Sold Items for the item-level sales view.
This walkthrough follows an earlier Customer360 interface with Customer Scorecard and Top Sold Items. The current account inspected for this guide did not expose that optional subtab. Newer Customer 360 installations may use Sales Performance, Top Selling Items, and Orders and Returns instead. Follow this walkthrough only when your form has the controls shown. The screenshots use fictional identity details and sample data.
Before you start
You need the earlier Customer360 interface shown here, customer-record access, and permission to view the underlying transactions and analytics. Role, subsidiary, accounting access, enabled features, and customer forms can affect the available views and totals.
01 · Open Customer360
Open the customer record and select Customer360. The tab sits with the other customer record sections.
02 · Review the Customer Scorecard
Choose Customer Scorecard. In this recorded interface, check the displayed From and To dates and read each measure under its own label. An order, fulfillment, invoice, or return count does not establish that money was refunded or goods were received. Verify a specific transaction when that distinction matters.
03 · Review Top Sold Items
Choose Top Sold Items to inspect the separate item-level view. The example shows Item, Quantity, and Sales Amount. Check its own date filters and calculation definitions before comparing it with the scorecard; the recording does not establish that both views share a period or reconcile.
Check the result
- The Customer Scorecard shows the period dates and aggregate measures.
- Top Sold Items shows Item, Quantity, and Sales Amount columns.
Common questions
Why is Customer360 missing from a customer record?
Availability depends on the installed Customer 360 interface, enabled features, customer form, role, and access to the underlying transaction data. A newer installation may expose different sections and labels. Restricted transaction or subsidiary access can also change the totals.
What does Customer Scorecard show?
In the earlier interface demonstrated here, it shows date controls and aggregate order, fulfillment, invoice, return, and sales measures. Those labels describe this example, not every current installation. A return count alone does not establish receipt, credit, or refund.
What does Top Sold Items show?
Top Sold Items presents item-level sales data. This example has Item, Quantity, and Sales Amount columns. Check the view's own filters and definitions; do not assume it inherits the scorecard date range.
